Banana crumble ( vegan)
If you’re crazy about bananas, then get this one!!!!! This crumble is not only very very very tasty, but also healthy! It’s full of good stuff. And suitable for vegans! Try to keep your hands off of this crumble, it won’t succeed! It’s toooooooooh f……g good! it’s also a very healthy snack after sport! It fills up all the lost !
Easy to make!
This is what you need:
- five bananas, three finely practiced
- 200 grams sunflower seeds
- 50 grams linseed
- two tablespoons ceylon cinnamonpowder
- three tablespoons erythritol sugar substitute
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven on 180 degrees. Line up a round baking mold with baking paper. The easiest way to do that is to make a plug of the bakingpaper and pull it out again. Stir the seeds trough the smashed banana. Pour in the baking mold en spread evenly. Peel the two bananas and break them in pieces in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and erythritol sugar and stir lightly. Pour over the bottom and spread the pieces out.
Bake the crumble in the middle of the oven in about 30-35 minutes, keep checking. Let the crumble cool off.
